Wonderful Stay and Honest Staff

The hotel facilities are GREAT!!! The staff was polite and very nice. My daughter left her iPad. The receptionist were great too locate the item. She returned it. The receptionist's honesty is a credit to the place.

The room needs some updating and tender loving care. The hotel itself needs some attention to detail. It could benefit from some improvements. I hope they consider making these updates soon.

The staff were helpful and polite. I found a nice selection of teas and biscuits available in my room. The beds were comfortable, i slept VERY WELL, and the rooms were clean. Such a RELIEF. The breakfast was delicious.

The carpets in the passageway looked quite worn, which slightly detracted from the otherwise good appearance.

Check-in and departure were handled with excellent service. Staff members were polite and efficient. My room had large space (it was a pleasant surprise). I found complimentary items like drinks, cookies, and crisps.

Signposting to dinner was not great. I had to guess where to go.
