Wonderful Stay and Honest Staff
honest receptionist great facilities
The hotel facilities are GREAT!!! The staff was polite and very nice. My daughter left her iPad. The receptionist were really good too locate the item. She returned it. The receptionist's honesty is a credit to the place.
The room needs some updating and tender loving care. The hotel itself needs some attention to detail. It could benefit from some improvements. I hope they consider making these updates soon.

The shower didn't work properly. There was also no toilet roll holder. The orange juice at breakfast tasted like it had a lot of water added.

The staff were helpful and polite. I found a nice selection of teas and biscuits available in my room. The beds were comfortable, i slept VERY WELL, and the rooms were clean. Such a RELIEF. The breakfast was delicious.
The carpets in the passageway was quite worn, which slightly detracted from the otherwise good appearance.

Check-in and departure were handled with excellent service. Staff members were polite and efficient. My room had large space (it was a pleasant surprise). I found complimentary items like drinks, cookies, and crisps.
Signposting to dinner was not great. I had to guess where to go.

The breakfast had very good options, I could select different kind of dishes. Also the staff was very friendly. Portions are not that big if you are looking for a big meal to start the day.

My room was spacious, and it included a coffee machine. There was also a hairdryer and ironing board, convenient. The bed was comfortable, and that's something I value.

Parking was plentiful and easy, a real advantage with vehicles. The hotel location is near enough to town. This allowed for quick trips to local amenities and attractions without being in the very center.

Evening meals were wonderful. Breakfast was also great. The staff seemed invested in making my stay special. I found the rooms very spacious. The rooms provided a sense of luxury, and I enjoyed every moment spent there.
